Holiday Inn Express Ringgold

We had a great stay at this hotel for 2 days. The location off the Interstate was convenient, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. We appreciated the hotel facilities, clean and well-maintained. The parking was ample and hassle-free. The fast food restaurants nearby provided us with quick and convenient dining options. we had easy access to a larger city area with plenty of attractions to explore. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby Fork restaurant.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It is a good location off the Interstate.

Room switch when we arrived. Window was to a brick wall. Interior looked nothing like the booking picture. Poor service, hotel was far from full, room was suppose to be ready at 3:00 pm but when we arrived at 4:30 it still had not been cleaned. Bait and switch with photos, we asked for something on a higher floor level and got the first room on the first floor. Very disappointed and won't ever return.

We liked the room. Was a vacation base for trip;)))

The free Wi-Fi and TV were fantastic, and the location was close to all the activities we wanted to enjoy.

The location was great. Plenty of restaurants, close enough to even walk to. My room was perfect, very clean. The shower was magnificent.

The only thing I didn't like was I had no view from my window. Opened my blinds to look at a wall.

Friendly front desk clerk and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms, recently remodeled.- Excellent free breakfast with a wide selection.

Overpriced for the location. Poor management and customer service.

the location was great as it was easy to access and provided easy access to various restaurants. the staff was friendly and professional, providing great service.

The downside to my experience at the hotel was the state of the room. the room appeared outdated and showed signs of wear and tear.

the rooms were clean, updated, and had comfortable beds. the towels provided were thick and in excellent condition. the front desk staff were friendly and professional. the location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby that offered dining options such as Subway, a pizza place, and a restaurant called Farm to Fork, which served delicious local meat and produce. the hotel was also located near larger city areas, which provided more amenities and attractions.

The flags hanging in the bushes were down, which could be improved for a better first impression.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Ringgold! The staff were very good too accommodate our needs. Despite the online system glitch, they tried their best to secure a non-smoking room for us. When that wasn't possible, they even suggested canceling our reservation so we could find a better option. Their helpfulness and willingness to find a solution really impressed us. We decided to keep driving and book at the Holiday Inn in Macon GA, where we were greeted with excellent service. we highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.
